Hillsboro Veterinary Clinic currently accepts checks, cash, and all major credit cards. We do not offer payment plans.
We do know that bills can be overwhelming when your pet has an unexpected injury or accidents though, and have a few options below to help you keep your pet happy and healthy.

CareCredit (Financing)

CareCredit helps pay for out-of-pocket expenses for you, your pet, and your family! Once you’re approved you can use it again and again to help manage health costs.

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card—there is a shorter-term financing option of six months with no interest on purchases/services of $200 or more when you pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. Otherwise, interest is charged from the original purchase date.

Pet Health Insurance

Trupanion (Injuries/Accidents/Illnesses)

Trupanion is pet insurance that is veterinarian recommended, accepted everywhere, and has 90 percent coverage with unlimited payouts! This insurance covers any injuries, accidents, or illnesses once your pet is insured—not including any pre-existing conditions.

Trupanion is easy to use and we can directly submit your invoice for you to be reimbursed, with little-to-no work on your part. With Trupanion, we can work together to focus on providing your pet with the best medical care, no matter what it takes, and you won’t have to worry about costs.

HVC Wellness Plans (Wellness)

With our Wellness Plan, we make getting wellness exams, vaccinations, routine lab work, and other general wellness care affordable. Instead of paying all at once, we offer you the peace of mind of being able to give your pet the best care to keep them healthy, at a small monthly fee.

We want to do everything we can to keep your furry family members feeling their best, so also included in our Wellness Plans is a discounted copay on veterinary visits if your pet seems a little under the weather.
