They are the best period… the doc and her whole team truly care for your pet as you would in treating all like family. They make the experience as easy and friendly for even my obnoxious dogs. My older German Shepard was terrified of vets until he came here.. such amazing people!
Dr. Healey is so kind and compassionate. So knowledgeable and willing to research and collaborate with experts, like neurologists, on the tougher issues. Her staff is also amazing. We moved to this clinic when Dr Healey took it over. We've now had to say goodbye to our baby but she will definitely be our next baby's veterinarian...your animals are in good hands with them!
This clinic is amazing from the minute you walk in and greeted by the smiling receptionist and adorable grey furry cat who is regal and welcoming....Dr.Healey is excellent and takes her time explaining things and gives different treatment and financial options that best suits you and your pet. My dog was given injection of fluids and medicine to help his pain and vomiting stop. I feel confident that my furbaby will feel all better soon. Thank you to this fabulous staff which left me with an excellent impression during a stressful time for me.
I took my Chloe in with an eye injury. I called the night before frantic and promptly received a call the next morning telling me to bring her in. Everyone at the office was so nice and friendly. Dr was so loving towards my pup. Loved it so much I brought my other pup in for her yearly exam. So happy for google and finding this office.
I have always had positive experiences when I take my pets to the Hillsboro Veterinary Clinic. The staff is very kind and caring. I have been taking our dogs there for many years. Thanks for being a part of our family
I used to take my dear old beagles to this clinic when it was owned by Dr. Huff. In 2012, we lost both dogs, in separate incidents, and I felt as if both incidents were handled very poorly by vets at this clinic. I stewed on this for awhile, and eventually wrote a vicious Yelp review, which might have been helpful for other viewers, had any of the vets or staff that were at the clinic in 2012 still been there. I received a call from the new owner, Dr. Diane Healy, and all I can say is I am impressed, and incredibly grateful that she cares enough about her practice and old customers to reach out and discuss the issues. I found her to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and I really wish she'd been there 2 years ago, because I'm sure I wouldn't have had the bad experiences I had, rather, I think she would have treated me and my dogs with the same compassion and respect she just showed me.
The lesson for me is that it's easy to complain on Yelp, much harder for that business owner to actually take the time to respond and try to fix the situation. Here, where there is no fix, and it's not even her problem, Dr. Healy took the time to see what she could do to make it right, and she did. I'd definitely return with my new pups if I hadn't moved.
